New for 2025

Christmas & Fruit Puddings

We are delighted to offer Christmas and Fruit Puddings for sale - to place your order please contact us.  They will be available for sale after the 10:30am Morning Service at St. Andrew's Church each Sunday (bar Remembrance Sunday) in the run up to Christmas Day whilst stocks last.

Bourne Again Shadows

“The Shadows” were a band that got thousands of teenagers strumming tennis rackets in the 60’s imagining that they would become the next stars. The music from The Shadows has had chart success spanning 6 decades and we are lucky to have the next best thing performing for us in February.  The Bourne Again Shadows have very kindly agreed to perform for us and reproduce the classic sounds of The Shadows.

This will be performed in the Main Hall at Reading Cricket & Hockey Club on Sonning Lane, Sonning, RG4 6ST on Friday, 20th February 2026 at 7:30pm.

There is plenty of parking, a lift for those with accessibility needs and it will have a full running bar at the Club.

Ticket price will be £22, so get the date in your diary and we look forward to hearing from you if you would like to book a ticket as seating will be limited to 100.

RACE NIGHT:
LOOKOUT FOR A NEW DATE FOR 2027

 FUN ON THE TOTE

Tons of fun was had at our last all action race night on Sat 24th February 2024, at Pearson Hall in Sonning village.

The racing and the fish & chip supper, were enjoyed by everyone and a considerable sum was raised for the charity.

We are contemplating re-running this event in 2027.

Since then we have raised over half a million pounds for the upkeep of St. Andrew's Church.

We are planning a special event to mark this milestone and more details will follow.
